Continuing to find ways to meet the needs of its customers’ busy lives, National Bank of Oman (NBO) has extended the opening hours of its CBD and Al Khoudh branches. Between Sunday and Thursday, the branches will now be open from 8am until 8pm, with staff able to provide a range of services including account management, card issuance, and inquiries, as well as remittance services through its e-channels.

Tariq Atiq, Chief Retail and Digital Banking Officer at NBO, said, “Although our digital channels are equipped to manage a variety of tasks, many people still prefer to conduct their banking face-to-face. That is why we decided to extend our hours of service at two of our most frequently visited branches. By doing so we are making banking more accessible for our customers, all while providing them with the best banking experience possible.”

NBO provides a full suite of innovative and high-quality banking solutions through 60 branches across the country, as well as a wide network of 199 ATM and deposit machines. Having built a rich history of innovative banking services that keep pace with the needs of its customers, it continues to modernize and evolve, in readiness for the future.

Exclusing cash, services are available in-branch through the staff of the Direct Sales Unit. In addition, the Direct Sales Unit boasts a dedicated team of customer service professionals who can also visit customers who cannot make it to the bank to process select services.   More details about NBO’s range of products and services are available in-branch, online at www.nbo.om or by contacting the Call Centre on 24770000.
