Lexus Ranks Highest in J.D. Power 2025 Vehicle Dependability Study for Third Consecutive Year

Continuing to set the standard for the global automotive industry, Lexus has ranked highest overall in the 2025 J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Study for the third consecutive year. With an impressive score of PP100, Lexus leads the charge in dependability, further asserting its commitment to delivering models that exceed customer expectations for reliability, performance and innovation.

The Lexus RX - which is currently available at Markazia Lexus - earned top honors in the Midsize Premium SUV segment. Renowned for its exceptional design and advanced engineering, the vehicle exemplifies the brand’s focus on transcending the ordinary. Its sleek, modern silhouette commands attention on every road, with sharper, horizontally oriented triple LED headlights and premium 21-inch metallic alloy wheels that enhance its refined aesthetic. Equipped with a 2.5-liter hybrid engine generating 247 horsepower and 239 Nm of torque, the Lexus RX lends a thrilling drive while effortlessly conquering any terrain.

The study gathers feedback from thousands of car buyers and lessees, covering key factors such as quality, resale value, part replacement, design (both interior and exterior) and any issues faced during the first three years of usage. These insights offer a clear and reliable assessment of vehicle durability, allowing customers to make well-informed purchasing decisions based on the real-world experiences of other drivers.

Based on responses from 34,175 original owners of 2022 model-year vehicles after three years of ownership, the 2025 J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Study - now in its 36th year - provides an in-depth look at the factors contributing to long-term vehicle satisfaction and reliability. Leveraging extensive proprietary datasets and advanced analytics tools, the study evaluates 184 specific problem areas across nine major vehicle categories: climate, driving assistance, driving experience, exterior, features/controls/displays, infotainment, interior, powertrain and seats.
