Lenovo Levels Up CES with Legion Pro Rollable Concept and Latest Gaming Devices
Lenovo™ announced the newest additions to its portfolio of gaming devices designed to help esports athletes, student gamers, and mobile gamers. New for CES® 2026 are updates across Lenovo Legion and Lenovo LOQ devices, along with a new Legion laptop proof of concept featuring a rollable screen designed to provide discerning gamers with powerful, portable gaming devices to help them on their quest to “reach their impossible” in gameplay.
The Legion Pro Rollable Concept is a 16” top-tier gaming laptop with a screen that expands horizontally from 16” to 21.5” to 24” for esports athletes who need to train for high-level competitions around the world.
The Legion Go, Powered by SteamOS™ (8.8”, 2) is Lenovo Legion’s most powerful handheld to natively ship with SteamOS, combining the raw power of the Legion Go (8.8”, 2) with the freedom and game access of SteamOS.
The Legion 7a features AMD’s newest Ryzen™ AI 400 Series processors and NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 50-series graphics for users who need a multitasking machine that can handle STEM apps, streaming, and AAA gaming.
“The gaming space is as exciting as it is vast—from bringing friends together across borders, to elite esports athletes to the top competitions in the world. Wherever and however a gamer chooses to engage in the space, Lenovo Legion has designed laptops, software, and accessories to enable them to succeed,” said Ouyang Jun, Senior Vice President, Consumer Segment, Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group. “Our newest Lenovo Legion devices are designed to meet gamers where they are—be it at the desk, on the road, or at the championship podium.”
Never Stop Training: The Lenovo Legion Pro Rollable (Concept)
The greatest esports athletes demand the highest-performance training equipment to prepare themselves for elite competitions around the world. Championship esports athletes compete on 24” and larger displays, and the most effective training replicates competition conditions, which can be difficult as a professional esports athlete travels the globe to compete. The Lenovo Legion Pro Rollable Concept was designed to answer the call from athletes who need pro-level performance in a device that can travel with them.
The Legion Pro Rollable concept features a rollable Lenovo PureSight OLED Gaming display that unrolls from both ends using a dual-motor, tension-based design that allows the display to expand and contract with minimal vibration and noise and translates to a smooth, controlled expansion and contraction experience. The dedicated tensioning system maintains consistent tautness across the OLED panel, while strategically applied low-friction materials protect the panel from abrasion throughout the rolling cycle.
Legion Pro Rollable Concept 16” Focus Mode
The Lenovo PureSight OLED display starts at 16” in Focus Mode when athletes are refining precision mechanics and improving reflexes. When training peripheral awareness, rotation drills and team coordination, the screen expands to 21.5” in Tactical Mode. When it’s time to focus on elite competitive training and overall team cohesiveness, the screen can expand to a full 24” in Arena Mode, allowing professional esports athletes traveling around the world to carry small but train big.
Legion Pro Rollable Concept 24” Arena Mode
The Legion Pro Rollable proof of concept is based on the Legion Pro 7i, with top-spec Intel® Core™ Ultra processors and an NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 5090 Laptop GPU. Powered by NVIDIA Blackwell, GeForce RTX™ 50 Series Laptop GPUs bring game-changing capabilities to gamers and creators. Equipped with a massive level of AI horsepower, the RTX 50 Series enables new experiences and next-level graphics fidelity. Multiply performance with NVIDIA DLSS 4, generate images at unprecedented speed, and unleash creativity with NVIDIA Studio.
The proof of concept also features Lenovo AI Engine+, powered by the Lenovo LA Core (LA1 + LA3), which features real-time Scenario Detection that boosts FPS and optimizes resources for peak performance. Smart FPS dynamically fine-tunes settings to ensure smooth, stable gameplay, even in high-pressure moments. AI-powered CPU and GPU tuning push FPS higher for top-tier competitive play.

Improving The Game: The AI Frame Gaming Display Proof of Concept
The AI Frame Gaming Display proof of concept features built-in AI functionalities that assist gamers in refining their fundamentals and helping them stay more aware of key visual information during play. The AI Frame Gaming Display features:
AI Scene Detection: Identifies the type of game being played in order to intelligently zoom in key areas and display them in the top-right corner of the screen, making map information clearer or highlighting relevant visual information during high-intensity gameplay—especially useful for FPS or MOBA games. The zoomed-in image is AI-enhanced for clarity when time is of the essence.
Cursor Tracking: This feature tracks where the cursor is on the screen and displays the zoomed-in picture at the top right of the display.
AI Game Assistance: Identifies game bosses and other difficult mission sections across a multitude of games and provides real-time guidance to help players progress through a game’s toughest challenges. The monitor will dynamically readjust to show both the game and a smaller window displaying the guidance.
Adaptive AI Lighting: Provides real-time atmospheric lighting that changes based on what is happening in-game. When the player is struck, for example, the Adaptive AI Lighting will change colors to indicate damage being taken.
The AI Frame Gaming Display showcases Lenovo’s commitment to improving the gamer’s experience, whether it’s beating the competition to top the leaderboards, or making sure the altimeter says 30,000 feet, not 300.
