KFH-Bahrain Participates in InJaz Bahrain’s Job Shadowing Program

Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) participated in InJaz Bahrain’s Job Shadowing Program, which aims to educate Bahraini students on various knowledge and skills required to succeed in the workplace. This volunteering program is in line with the Bank’s corporate social responsibility efforts to actively contribute to the betterment and development of the society in the Kingdom.

As part of the program, students from Hamad Town Secondary Boys School visited KFH-Bahrain’s main office. During the introductory event, the senior management, as well as other experienced practitioners from different departments such as Human Resources, Business Development, Cards & e-Channels and Operations, gave presentations to the students on the various functions in the Bank, and the type of knowledge and skills needed in the workplace. The speakers also took the opportunity to share their career experiences with the students.

KFH - Bahrain’s participation in the program organized by InJaz Bahrain, a non-profit youth development and training organization, reaffirms the Bank’s commitment to giving back to the community. The Job Shadowing Program aims to bridge the gap between schools and the workplace by providing Bahraini students with the opportunity to explore and familiarize themselves with different career paths in various industries and developing the students’ industry knowledge, as well as their entrepreneurial and employability skills.
