Jaser Platform Appoints Haya Rashed Al Khalifa, Attorneys At Law & Legal Consultants As Legal Representatives Of The Platform

 “Jaser” has announced the signing of a Terms of Engagement with Haya Rashed Al Khalifa, Attorneys at Law & Legal Consultants to assume the role of legal representatives of Jaser platform. Jaser platform, one of the key initiatives launched by AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, is set to be the first innovative national virtual platform to showcase Bahraini skills and promote part-time jobs and remote work in the Kingdom. 

The signing ceremony witnessed the attendance of Shaikha Lulwa bint Ahmed Al Khalifa – Board member MKF E Services, Ms. Shaima Al Binali and Mr. Salahaldin Alzubair, the legal representatives at Haya Rashed Al Khalifa Law Firm. This agreement aims to preserve the common interests of individuals and entities joining the Jaser platform.

The “Jaser” platform acts as a link between freelancers and clients from inside and outside of Bahrain, as it will allow both parties to communicate, offer job opportunities, and enter into join projects at any place and at any time. The presence of a national platform plays a vital role in the economy by promoting freelancing jobs, which also encourages Bahrainis to acquire new talents and enhance the level of self-reliance, flexibility, independence and financial security amongst users. 

Commenting on the agreement, MKF E Services Chairperson, Her Highness Shaikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa expressed Jaser platform’s commitment to implement all necessary steps to ensure the success of the platform’s objectives, as it aims to stimulate economic growth, primarily in the field of freelancing jobs in the Kingdom and the post-pandemic era. She also indicated that the platform will contribute to attracting Bahraini talents to discover a range of job opportunities at several entities, which will serve all parties, including supporting the Kingdom’s 2030 economic vision.

 It is worth noting that the Jaser platform also aims to enable the youth in achieving flexible income by employing their capabilities and increasing their productivity by providing them with professional experiences. The platform is scheduled to officially launch at the beginning this year.
