International experts and media praise Huawei Mate 8

In continuation of its successes, Huawei Devices’ most recent release, Mate 8, was met with resounding appreciation from tech-experts and a large number of and media globally.

Huawei Mate 8 was awarded “Best Smartphone” award for its massive 6 inch screen and improved fingerprint recognition technology, according to “Expert Review” website.

In addition, Chip Chick’s Chance Kinney awarded the Huawei Mate 8 “Best Smartphone” award. The outlet said the Mate 8 won because the phone’s 1080 P display and camera quality far exceed what has been seen from Huawei phones to date.

In turn, Alphr awarded the Huawei Mate 8 “Best Smartphone” award because it was the standout phone of the show – as its aluminum chassis, minimal bezels and slim, sleek styling make the phone look a lot smaller than you’d expect.

In addition, Ubergizmo announced its CES awards, and named the Huawei Mate 8 to be on its “Best of CES 2016” list. The editors said the Mate 8 won the award because its superior battery capacity and power consumption optimizations were a big advantage over the competition.

Network World praised the Huawei Mate 8, saying it was one of Huawei’s “Best of CES 2016” products. The editors said that the Mate 8 is an “impressive smartphone,” noting that it’s the first device to run on Huawei’s Kirin 950 chipset.

Like its counterparts, Techlicious awarded the Huawei Mate 8 its CES Top Pick. They said the Mate 8 was incredibly thin and light and had an amazing battery life that is unbelievable in today’s smartphone realm, especially for a six inch device. After testing the phone at CES for 18 hours of regular use, it still had 49% of its power left. And they loved that Huawei didn’t sacrifice the specs to make the battery last.

Engadget awarded the Huawei Mate 8 “Best Mobile Device”. The editors said the Mate 8 won the award because its hardware was great, as the Mate 8 featured the new Kirin 950 chipset, either 3 or 4GB of RAM, an impressive 16-megapixel camera and an enormous 4,000mAh – all in a slim and attractive device.

Computer Bild also awarded the Huawei Mate 8 Best Mobile Product. The editors said the Mate 8 won the award because of its octa-core processor, great battery, amazing camera and cool innovative features.
