Intercontinental Aqaba Resort appoints Chef Eric Fettke as new Executive Chef

InterContinental Aqaba Resort has announced the appointment of Chef Eric Fettke as the new Executive Chef at the resort. Chef Fettke will be in charge of the six outlets at InterContinental Aqaba Resort, as well as supervising the various operations related to events taking place at the resort, among many other tasks and responsibilities.

Chef Fettke, a South African/ German national, boasts over 15 years of experience in many hotels around the world, including InterContinental Hotels in China, Poland and South Africa. Throughout his many years of experience, Chef Fettke learned and developed many skills, as well as overseeing kitchen operations, concept development, recruitment, procurement of food and different items, maintaining high standards of food quality among many other achievements and accomplishments.
