Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya has unveiled details of an exclusive brunch and dinner event that offers the perfect way to spend an unforgettable Eid al-Fitr with family and friends. The Hotel promises a dining delightful experience for guests and their loved ones as they come together to share precious moments during the traditional celebrations to mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan. 
Taking place on the Hotel’s 21st floor, the ‘East Meets West’ themed brunch and dinner combines the dynamic Italian culinary art of Dai Forni with the modern Asian cuisine of Sintoho. Featuring a spectacular menu highlighting signature dishes from both restaurants, the event will see the two award-winning dining destinations unite to deliver a festive feast that will delight fans of authentic Italian cuisine and Asian food lovers alike. 

Guests can sample Dai Forni’s exquisite pizoli, succulent tomahawk steak, a dedicated seafood bar with oysters, and an Italian cheese corner, together with much-loved Italian desserts such as handmade cannoli, tiramisu and gelato. Meanwhile, Sintoho will offer diners a tantalizing selection of modern Asian delicacies including sushi, dim sum, and Asian French toast, together with live cooking stations serving meat from the robata grill, steamed bao dumplings, and teppanyaki cuisine. 

Visitors can also enjoy refreshing mocktails inspired by Asian culture including the Samurai Mojito and Tokyo Night, as well as a free-flowing Green Matcha Chocolate Fountain. Adding to this exceptional culinary journey, the Hotel is setting a festive mood for the celebrations with live performances from Zack Mousawi during brunch and an-in house DJ creating the perfect ambience for a memorable evening dinner.
