Emaar draws on strong customer response for Arabian Ranches with launch of ‘Rasha’ villas

Emaar Properties has unveiled ‘Rasha,’ a new Spanish-style villa community, drawing on the popularity for villas and following strong customer response to its new launches in Arabian Ranches. 

Reflecting the architectural features of Spanish coastal villas, the ‘Rasha’ residences are ideal for families, and feature spacious 4 to 6 bedrooms. ‘Rasha’ has only 140 villas, ensuring that the neighbourhood retains its exclusivity.

The sales will be held in Dubai at the Emaar Pavilion on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai, and in the Emaar Sales Centre in Al Nahda Tower, Abu Dhabi, from 10am.
