Eagle Hills Diyar Puts Marassi Al Bahrain on Display at the Avenues

Eagle Hills Diyar, the developers behind Marassi Al Bahrain the Kingdom’s luxurious waterfront development located in Diyar Al Muharraq, will be displaying their portable showroom in The Avenues as part of a one month road show that will run from the 17^th of June to the 16^th of July.

The first-of-its-kind concept will be located outside the mall near Gate 2 and will provide visitors and prospective buyers with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with all that the luxury development has to offer, while benefiting from the recently launched offer by Eagle Hills Diyar for their multi-unit purchases.

The limited time offer for the multi-units was launched for interested buyers where a discount scheme has been introduced, providing a discount of up to 5% depending on the number of units purchased in the respective development.

Those interested will be able to visit the showroom from 10am to 10pm from Saturday to Wednesday and until 12am on Thursday and Friday.

The master-planned Marassi Al Bahrain development will integrate high-end residential, retail and hospitality components, including Marassi Residences, Marassi Shores Residences, Marassi Boulevard, Marassi Galleria, The Address Hotel & Residences and the Vida Hotel & Residences. The development will also offer access to a 2km beach with waterfront retail and F&B concepts.
