"It will also feature the first parade of female police officers in the Middle East."
"This year, we are celebrating the graduation of a truly outstanding group of our proud nation's young people. Maj. Gen. Bin Fahd continued: "Dubai Police General Command has paid particular attention to this year's ceremony, and His Excellency Lt. Gen. Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Dubai Police Commander-in-Chief, has been personally involved in the preparations. With so many cadets graduating from the three colleges, the choice of timing and location was very important. Maj. Gen. Dr. Ghaith Ghanim Al Suwaidi stated: "The graduation of the 28th and 29th cohorts of security and legal personnel at various levels confirms the Academy's commitment to its vision of academic excellence. He continued: "The Academy has remained at the cutting edge, allowing it to achieve true academic excellence. It has brought about a real shift in educational outcomes together with a comprehensive and ongoing drive forward, by empowering the people of the Gulf and Arab states to play a part in the development of their home countries."
