Dubai International Financial Centre Celebrates Emirati Values and Heritage on UAE National Day

Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the leading financial hub in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia region (MEASA), celebrated the UAE’s 46th National Day today with a cultural programme that brought together its vibrant community of over 21,000 people, and the public, to honour Emirati heritage. The programme included traditional performances and a taste of Emirati Food.
“Every year, the UAE National Day brings us all, nationals and residents, in unity to celebrate the history of this country and the wise vision of its leadership.” said His Excellency Essa Kazim, Governor of DIFC. “The UAE has instilled a strong sense of tolerance and belonging in each of us. We all come together to contribute to the UAE’s development and progress. As we conclude 2017’s Year of Giving, we are proud to mark this day with our dynamic community and look forward to many more celebrations and achievements as we enter 2018, the Year of Zayed.”
