du displays Ramadan spirit with suite of special offers and services

Reflecting  the spirit and values of the Holy Month of Ramadan, du is introducing a comprehensive set of initiatives and offers that will enable its customers to spread seasonal joy to their friends and loved ones around the world.

Since its inception, du has continually provided its customers with offers that add life to life, especially during the Holy Month of Ramadan. This year’s offers will enable customers to stay connected with their loved ones, and share special Ramadan moments as and when they happen.

Umrah Roaming Offer:

When travelling in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia this Ramadan, all du customers will be able to receive free calls and access data on their du mobile free of charge while roaming on any network in KSA. This offer is valid from 00:00 on 19 July – 23:59 on 20 August, and will be automatically available on any device that has roaming activated before travelling. To activate roaming, customers can visit any du Shop.

International Calling Offer:

This Ramadan, call your families, friends wherever they are at just 1fil per second  with du’s International calling offer. To avail of the offer, Pay as you Go customers need 

to first activate this offer for free  by dialing *135*200#  and then recharge with WoW More International’ for AED100 or more. All international calls made between 9pm – 9am on weekdays, and all day on Friday to 190 destinations worldwide will be charged at an effective rate of 1fil per second. Attractive rates are also available when customers recharge using WoW ‘more international’ with AED20 and AED50.

All du customers with a du post-paid line, enjoy free minutes and SMS for national and international usage, in additional to data and special offers on international and roaming rates.  With these added benefits, these customers can share their Ramadan moments with friends and family both in and outside of the UAE through calling, messaging, or even on-line.

For just AED10, all customers with a du mobile line will get 1000 SMS to send within UAE and anywhere in the world – that’s just 1fil per SMS! The offer is valid for all national and international SMS to all du users, sent between 00:00 on 19 July to 23:59 on 18 August 2012.
