DP records strong sales as Rahat Villas in Mudon Development proves a popular investment choice

Dubai Properties (DP), the development company of Dubai Properties Group (DPG), announced that sales of the latest premium villa offering at its Mudon development in DUBAILAND received a strong response from investors.

DP also appointed Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC as the principal contractor for the villas. Shapoorji Pallonji, a global company responsible for the construction of Mudon’s premium townhouses in phase one of the development, has now been contracted to complete the contemporary Arabic themed three, four and five bedroom properties at Rahat.
