Diyar Al Muharraq Launches Second Edition of Graduate Training Program ‘Tumouh’

Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, announced the launch of the second edition of its graduate training program “Tumouh” on the 20th of April 2022. The program aims to enrich the experiences of Bahraini graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, architecture and real estate development from within or outside of the Kingdom.

The 6-month long program is scheduled to begin in July and end in December 2022, through which the participants will receive vocational training opportunities from an experienced team at Diyar Al Muharraq. Trainees will undergo specialized training courses in the fields of engineering and real estate development as well as online training programs hosted by global institutions to help refine their professional skills.

Commenting on the occasion, Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi, Chief Executive Officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, said: “Following the success of the first edition of the program, we are pleased to introduce the second edition of Tumouh. Diyar Al Muharraq continues to invest in Bahrain’s youth and develop the skills of a growing generation as part of our belief in the active role they play in our community. We strive to launch initiatives that provide Bahraini talent with training opportunities which will contribute to refining their practical engineering skills, enabling them to enhance their resumes and excel in their future careers”

All Bahraini graduates from accredited local and international universities can apply to the program through Diyar Al Muharraq’s official website. Applications will be accepted between the 20th of April and the 21st of May 2022, followed by a rigorous selection process. By the end of May, six graduates will be contacted to join the program.
