Diyar Al Muharraq Awarded with three ISO Certifications from Bureau Veritas

Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, was awarded with three ISO certifications from Bureau Veritas, a global market leader in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services. The ISO certificates included: ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems, ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System, and the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.

Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) is an international standard that helps companies protect their financial data, intellectual property and sensitive customer information, in addition to identifying risks and managing confidential information. It is also a globally recognized system that ensures organizations’ information security levels comply with best industry practices. Diyar Al Muharraq has met the ISO 27001:2013 standards as part of its ongoing efforts to secure the company’s information assets.

The ISO 22301:2019 is an approved standard for companies to assess their level of efficiency and continuity while constantly operating at a rate that meets organizational directives and commitments to business sustainability in spite of any circumstances and potential crisis. Additionally, the certification specifies requirements to implement, maintain, and operate a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) to protect and prepare against disruptions and reduce the likelihood of any occurrences. Diyar Al Muharraq remains committed to applying the system’s standards across all organizational practices and its various departments.

The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) addresses an organization’s ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customers’ needs and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The accreditation also aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including improving the system and organizational performance. Diyar Al Muharraq’s global recognition reflects its commitment to implementing internationally recognized standards of internal management practices and increasing efficiency and productivity in its various operations, as well as the preparation of reports, internal communications, and all regulatory aspects.
