DHL express Qatar wins best call center award

For the second consecutive year, DHL Express Qatar has been awarded the ‘Best Small Call Center (Under 31 Seats)’ at the annual Insights Middle East Call Centre Award ceremony held in Dubai.
The world’s leading logistics company was the first express company to establish a fully owned office in the State of Qatar more than 30 years ago and has since grown to cover and serve the entire nation with a dedicated fleet of 45 vehicles and 10 service points in key strategic business locations around Qatar.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing at DHL Express MENA Robert Mills was delighted with the win stating, “This award, for the second consecutive year, solidifies DHL’s commitment to Qatar and our loyal customers here.
