CTA holds its second 4x4 Off-roading event

Adventure lovers, gathered in their 4x4 vehicles to enjoy the scenic spots of Northern Jordan as part  of a one-day off-roading event organized by Central Trade and Auto Company (CTA) – the exclusive dealer for Toyota in the Kingdom. Taking place on June 7^th   2013, the adventure featured drives within Jerash and the nature reserves and forests of Dibeen.

Taking off from the parking area in Mecca Mall, drivers were to choose to follow one of two routes. The first was designed for families, while the second was designed for those searching for a more challenging off-roading adventure.

To add to the entertaining spirit of the day, CTA also launched its 4x4 Facebook competition, where participants in the event were to take photos of themselves at different locations throughout the day. The photos they took were to be uploaded on CTA's Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/ToyotaJordan, and winners of the competition, who will be announced at a later stage will be receiving a new Smartphone.

CTA’s Marketing Manager Mr. Nadim Haddad explained that the event was organized as part of the company's aims to maintain positive communication and interaction with 4x4 owners in Jordan and especially CTA’s clients. The event was also positioned to encourage the spread of the off-roading culture in the Kingdom within a fun, safe, and adventurous setting. From another angle it created opportunities for its participants to sharpen their off-roading skills as they were taught by CTA how to make use of their vehicles to the fullest, while also showcasing the geographical beauty and diversity of the Northern Jordanian terrain.

Mr. Haddad affirmed that such events will be playing a pivotal role in promoting internal tourism in Jordan, while also creating avenues for families to enjoy entertaining outings as one. All in all, the event proved to be a successful endeavor worth repeating, as was its first edition held in the year 2011.

It is worth noting that Toyota's technical team was present throughout the day to offer drivers, maintenance services and assistance if needed.
