Ever since its opening less than two years ago, Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa has been enjoying success after success and award after award. The latest award that the five-star Dead Sea resort has achieved is the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG)’s famous HeartBeat program award, specifically in the Most Committed Hotel Team for the year 2013. This award is given to hotel teams that show their passion, drive and commitment to ensuring that the guests are having a pleasant and satisfactory stay, by making sure that all their needs and requests are furnished and accommodated.
