Club On Five In Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel Reopens With Moreno Miotto As The Executive Chef

Found at one of Amman’s most iconic address, Club on Five Lounge reopens its doors and welcomes its guests at Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel to enjoy summer vibes. 

Club on Five Lounge is a day-to-night venue perfect to enjoy everything from a casual lunch to evening drinks. With 360 degree views of beautiful Amman’s skyline, Club on Five is the perfect summer lounge to watch the sunset while sipping on hand-crafted cocktails and enjoying new culinary creations curated by the new Executive Chef, Moreno. Club on Five Lounge offers a casual dining, serving international selection of food and cocktail options including fresh salads, healthy snacks, sandwiches, sharing bites, desserts and wide selection of Shisha flavors.  

Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel welcomes its new Executive Chef, Moreno Miotto, bringing his expertise, creativity and inspiration to Food & Beverage venues. He began his cooking career in Beverly Hills, California, at Il Ristorante di Giorgio Baldi -star-studded with guests like Tom Cruise, Rihanna, Steven Spielberg, then returned to Prince George, Canada, his hometown and opened three restaurants, Da Moreno Ristorante, Cimo Mediterranean Grill and the award winning Bis Moreno. In 2007, Chef Moreno moved to Montalcino, Tuscany and opened Castiglion del Bosco as Executive Chef, featuring a cooking school, organic garden and winery. During his experience in Italy, Chef Moreno focused on giving guests a memorable Tuscan experience through food and wine and remained at the resort for 5 years. Before joining Sheraton Amman Al Nabil’s team, Chef Moreno worked at the Ritz-Carlton in Doha and W Hotel Doha. 

Chef Moreno says of his appointment, “My passion for food and cooking started when I was at the young age of 17 in Beverly Hills California. This passion grew during my travels and is inspired by my mother who used to cook for the family using all fresh produce from our garden. My personal style always takes me back to the basics and the simplicity of enjoying good, wholesome food prepared with fresh ingredients.” He continued; “I enjoy building a high-performing team with the goal of providing our guests with a wonderful culinary experience. I have been enjoying my time in Jordan and after meeting the Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel team I feel there is a great opportunity to create something special and be the talk of the town. I am also excited to share the new menu for Club on Five Lounge with the Jordan community
