City Centre Rotana Hosts the Sunshine Sessions

City Centre Rotana Doha, one of the leading hospitality properties in town in collaboration with the renowned blogger and life coach Polly Byles (@followyoursunshineblog) is hosting the last episode of the wellness and wellbeing “Sunshine” sessions on 23 November 2019. The event aims to support women in society, through an active and renewed lifestyle.

The final session will be hosted by renowned blogger Polly Byles along with international life coach Maggie Colette, will be on the subject-“'Mindset Matters”. Since September, Caramel Lobby lounge has hosted seven sessions, which has witnessed overwhelming response and success as the sessions were held in a casual atmosphere far from official and monotony and covered important topics such as overcoming adversity, fostering confident mindset as well as practical session on meditation and other knowledgeable topics .
