Chef Zhang Yang Joins the Family of City Centre Rotana Doha

City Centre Rotana Doha, is pleased to announce the joining of celebrated Chinese Chef Zhang Yang to the hotel’s family, specifically to the team of “Teatro” restaurant. He has over 19 years of experience in the Asian cuisine spent in several countries and crowned with number of accolades, awards and certificates.

Chef Yang started his career in China and then moved to many countries over 19 years to continue his creations in the Asian and Chinese cuisine and learned several skills and expertise through his work with diverse international hospitality brands. With the start of his career at “Teatro”, Chef Yang will give his special touch on selected special signature dishes.

Meanwhile, City Centre Rotana Doha, has also unveiled enhancements to the new menu at “Teatro” menu, which will allow guests to choose their preferred cuisines with ease and comfort from the 5 international cuisines characterizing “Teatro”- namely: Thai cuisine, Chinese, Italian, Indian and Japanese in addition to a wide selection of salads and appetizers which will make dining an unforgettable experience in a lively and dynamic atmosphere.
