Azizi Developments’ Riviera is nearing completion

Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, is advancing rapidly in the construction of Riviera, its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community strategically located in the highly sought-after Mohammed Bin Rashid City, amidst Dubai’s business, leisure, and retail hubs.

Phase 1 is now 99% complete with the majority of the buildings already having been handed over, while phases 2, 3 and 4 are now at 98%, 92% and 27%, respectively. With 30 buildings already having been completed, totalling approximately 6,000 units, the rest of all of phases 1, 2, and 3 are to be finished within the coming months.

Riviera is part of Azizi Developments’ award-winning portfolio. It is a stylish waterfront-lifestyle destination that comprises 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences.
