Azizi Developments’ community management partner VCM further enhances resident lifestyles

Azizi Developments, a leading private real estate developer in the UAE, continues to enrich the lives of its residents through VCM, its dedicated community management provider. 

Following VCM’s successful track record in managing Azizi Developments’ properties, the developer’s scope with the community management provider has now increased by 18 buildings in the first phase of Riviera in MBR City. 

VCM is currently in the midst of adding several new children’s play areas across Azizi’s buildings and communities. Moreover, the community management provider is organising numerous events within its buildings to further build on its residents’ sense of togetherness and belonging, including movie nights and upcoming iftar events. 

VCM is also overhauling the swimming pools across Azizi’s Mina and Royal Bay on Palm Jumeirah and Yasmine in Al Furjan, while both new landscaping and pool enhancements are also in progress at Creek Views I in Dubai Healthcare City and Riviera in MBR City.
