AW Rostamani Echoes Commitment to Emiratization With Participation at Careers UAE 2018

AW Rostamani reiterated its efforts to nurture the growth of Emirati talent through its participation in Careers UAE 2018. Taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 13-15 March.

Coherent with the National Emiratization Policy, the group’s mandate is to pro-actively select, recruit, develop, and retain the best in Emirati talent to take up a variety of opportunities within the organization.

Speaking about the group’s participation, AW Rostamani’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Anil Lamba said, “AW Rostamani’s participation at Careers UAE aims to provide future Emirati leaders with the best in innovative solutions to help shape and further their careers as the nation’s workforce. The fair, which falls in line with The Year of Zayed value of human development, provides the perfect platform for AW Rostamani to highlight our exhibition stand, offering Emiratis in attendance the opportunity to join the private sector and experience a variety of working fields.”

AW Rostamani’s exhibition stand included a variety of activations and activities for Emirati’s in attendance including a virtual reality drifting experience courtesy of Nissan, a CV scanner that matches interests and experiences to vacancies across the organization.

Upon visiting the stand, interviews were conducted with candidates, who gained feedback on the spot for a variety of full time and part time positions, fresh graduate training, and internship opportunities. Attendees who wished to complete their application process at home had the option of uploading their application to a portal where they received an instant SMS with a password and username.

Now in its 18th year, Careers UAE focuses on recruitment, training and education for the youth. The event ensures that the UAE’s leading organizations have the necessary platform to interact with talented UAE Nationals from different emirates and background seeking jobs in a variety of private sector industries.
