Appointment of new Italian Chef at Certo, Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City
The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City announces the appointment of Daniele Capobianco as the new Chef for Certo, Media City’s popular Italian restaurant.
François Galoisy, General Manager at the hotel, says of the new appointment: “With more than 15 years of international experience and having worked at award-winning restaurants, Daniele will certainly bring a fresh feel, his own personal touch and plenty of creativity to Certo’s kitchen. His experience spans over Europe, Oman and India with specialization in authentic Italian style dining.”
Growing up in Umbria, a region best known for its truffles, Capobianco started very early on in his career to come up with his own recipes and giving it a refined twist.
“After my graduation from school, I started training in local restaurants in the Umbria region where I grew up and developed my passion for creating food experiences. Wherever I work, I use the best local ingredients as much as possible and combine those with the Italian products, which allows me to retain the true Italian flavour in my cooking,” Capobianco says.
“I am also very passionate about making homemade cheese and cold cuts, which I will incorporate into Certo to further, widen the restaurant’s real Italian flavours”, he added.
