Aldar Offers Customers the Possibility To Pay Rent by Credit Card

Aldar Properties (“Aldar”) announced that it will provide its customers with the option to pay their rent by credit card starting from today, as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to offer convenient and flexible payment solutions.

Residents will initially be able to pay their rent by credit card in person via Provis, Aldar’s real estate management company, with online and mobile payment facilities to follow. 

Commenting on the new service, Meqdad Al Mubarak – Executive Director, Portfolio Management at Aldar Properties said: “At Aldar, we are always looking for new ways to enhance the customer experience and allowing customers to pay rent by credit is yet another example of our commitment in this regard. From virtual tours of all available units, to rent-to-own purchasing options, we continue to expand our offerings and leverage the latest technologies to provide greater flexibility wherever possible. We believe that this new payment method will offer considerable value to our residents and look forward to innovating even more customer journeys moving forward.”

Residents can choose to make advance rent payments using UAE-registered credit cards on a yearly, quarterly or monthly basis and all credit card fees will be paid by Aldar. The service will be available to all customers renting at Aldar-owned residential properties across all of the company’s communities.

The new payment option builds on other recent initiatives undertaken by Aldar to increase flexibility and convenience for residential customers. These include the launch of several rent-to-own schemes across the company’s developments including West Yas, Ansam, Al Hadeel, and Meera, as well as virtual tours of all available units for purchases, leasing and handovers.
