Al Hilal Bank organizes 2015 edition of its annual golf tournament

Al Hilal Bank, the progressive Abu Dhabi –headquartered Islamic Bank wholly owned by the Abu Dhabi Investment Council, organized the sixth edition of its annual ‘Al Hilal Golf Tournament,’ which was held recently at the Saadiyat Beach Golf Club, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The event saw the participation of the bank’s officials and corporate clients. The ‘Al Hilal Golf Tournament’ demonstrates the bank’s continued commitment towards strengthening its ties with its clients.

Sarie Asaad Arar, EVP - Wholesale Banking Group, Al Hilal Bank, said, “We are truly overwhelmed at the large turn-out for this year’s golf tournament. This annual event plays a key role in our continuing move to reinforce the ties between Al Hilal and its customers--what better way to do that than to enjoy a few rounds of golf while trying to discuss the needs of our clients and sharing with them our whole line of products and financial services.”      

Besides organizing Al Hilal Golf Tournament, Al Hilal Bank also backs other sporting events such as the President’s Cup since its establishment in 2008 and is also a supporter of the National and Olympic Football Teams. The bank is a staunch supporter of sports and other important social activities to engage and improve the quality of life of the communities.
