Al Hamra Real Estate Co. Successfully Conducts Emergency Fire Evacuation Drill to Bolster Tenant and Employee Safety

 In a continued effort to uphold the highest safety standards, Al Hamra Real Estate Co. has successfully carried out a mock emergency fire evacuation drill. This initiative, aimed at reinforcing safety measures for tenants, employees, and visitors of Al Hamra Business Tower, underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding lives and property in alignment with Kuwait's national safety regulations and ISO standards, alongside global Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) protocols.
The drill, conducted on October 28, 2024, focused on certain tower floors under the oversight of the Civil Defense, Kuwait Fire Service Directorate, Ministry of Interior, and Ministry of Health. It simulated an emergency fire scenario, during which over 1,000 individuals were safely evacuated from the building under the supervision of the rapid response team.
Commenting on the drill, Abdulaziz Aldhuwaihi, Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Al Hamra Real Estate Co., stated, "We are pleased with the success of this evacuation exercise, which highlights our steadfast commitment to the safety of tenants, employees, and visitors by strictly following ISO standards and QHSE protocols. These regular drills allow us to test the preparedness of our tower facilities and continuously enhance our emergency response capabilities."
