Al Bustan Centre and Residence, the Hotel Apartments which offer world class services and facilities in the heart of Dubai, recently organised training for the upper management to assist them in effectively evaluating employee performance in various departments.

The management training was held in view of the upcoming annual year-end performance appraisals for the staff of the hotel. The program provided the managers and supervisors the knowledge and skills required to conduct an effective performance appraisals to be able to continuously monitor and encourage employees to meet the required standard level of performance.

Mr. Moussa El Hayek, Chief Operating Officer, Al Bustan Centre & Residence said: “We are conducting a yearly training especially during year-end in order to refresh the mind of our management team on how to effectively appraise employee performance.
