ADIB inaugurates Ibn Battuta Mall Branch

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a top-tier Islamic financial services institution, announced today the inauguration of its latest branch at Egyptian Court, Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai. The new branch means that ADIB is present in thirteen malls across the UAE. 

The latest addition to ADIB's branch network, its 14^th in Dubai, demonstrates its commitment to reach out to customers wherever they are, and to provide them with Islamic banking services to meet their needs. The ADIB branch network aims to enhance its presence to keep pace with the continued growth of its customer base and their geographic distribution in the UAE. 

Commenting on the inauguration of the new branch, Trad Al-Mahmoud, CEO of ADIB said: “Expanding our branch network strongly reflects our ongoing commitment to provide clients with accessibility to banking services wherever they are. ADIB has three branches located in malls in Abu Dhabi (Dalma, Marina, Al Wahda), five in Dubai (Dubai Mall, Aswaq Al Warqa, Etihad, Ibn Batuta & Al Barsha Mall), two in Al Ain (Al Jimi, Bawadi Mall), one each in Sharjah (Al Taawoun), Fujairah (City Centre) and Ras Al Khiamah (Al Hamra). 

With more than 70 branches and 500 ATMs, ADIB now has the third largest retail network in the UAE and remains on track to have 80 branches by the end of Q1 2013. ADIB was also ranked number one in Customer Service at the UAE Consumer Week by Ethos Consultancy in 2011. 

The bank’s Ibn Battuta mall branch will be open for business between 10 am - 02.00pm & 09.30 pm - 11.30 pm during Ramadan & 10:00 am - 10:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday after Ramadan. It will be headed by Meshal Ahmed Hassan, who will supervise a highly skilled and trained UAE national team that will provide customers with a wide range of Islamic banking services at their convenience.
