Pak Oman Investment Company Ltd plans to establish Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) as "potential funding vehicles". According to local press reports, Chairman Board of Directors of Pak Oman, Yahya bin Said bin Abdullah Al-Jabri, wrote in the third annual report: "Realising the upside potential of strategic equity investment, going forward, the company will focus on private equity deals in select sectors".
