The OPEC news agency reported Thursday, that the daily price of OPEC's basket of seven cruds when down Wednesday $1.61 to $22.26 per barrel, from Tuesday's $23.87 per barrel.
The OPEC basket comprises Algeria's Saharan Blend, Dubai of the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia's Minas, Mexico's Isthmus cruds, Nigeria's Bonny Light, Saudi Arabian Light, Venezuela's Tia Juana.
