The OPEC news agency reported Friday, the daily price of OPEC's basket when up 77c to $27.67 per barrel Thursday, from Wednesday's $26.90 per barrel.
The OPEC basket comprises Algeria's Saharan Blend, Dubai of the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia's Minas, Mexico's Isthmus crudes, Nigeria's Bonny Light, Saudi Arabian Light, Venezuela's Tia Juana .
