A Bahraini has become the very first buyer of a freehold property at The Wave, Oman's leading tourism and beachfront residential development. According to the GDN, Hussain Al Ali, who had not visited the Sultanate in 18 years, bought the property, which became the project's first residential release.
According to Ali, he first registered online and then flew to Muscat to become the first GCC national to own a premium villa on The Wave.
