Oman’s BankMuscat (SAOG) has launched a suite of housing loan products. Branded, ‘Baituna Home Loans’, the Baituna suite will feature three products: Baituna Classic Home Finance, Baituna Gold Home Finance and Baituna Plus Home Finance.
According to Bahrain Tribune, the Baituna suite of products will be available for purchase & construction of homes for first-time buyers; purchases of second homes or retirement homes; and for purchase of land for residential use at selected locations.
