Burj Khalifa
The Burj Khalifa, also known as Khalifa Tower, is the world’s tallest building, standing at 828 meters (2,717 feet) with 163 floors.
Named after Sheikh Khalifa ibn Zayed Al Nahyan, the leader of Abu Dhabi, it was completed in 2010 and designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), a renowned architectural and engineering firm based in Chicago.
At three times the height of the Eiffel Tower and nearly twice the height of the Empire State Building, the Burj Khalifa offers stunning views to visitors. Tickets are available for AED 179 for adults and AED 145 for children.
