New real estate projects to be presented in Riyadh show

Jiwar Company for Management, Marketing and Developing of Real Estate will offer several real estate investments opportunities during Riyadh Real Estate xhibition next week, reported Al-Sharq al-Awsat newspaper (May 1, 2005).


According to its general manager, Saleh son of Abdullah al-Habib, the company intends to offer Al-Murwa Tower, which is one of "Al-Bayt Towers" Project, which face the Holy Haram of Mecca, after leasing 50% of it.


Crown Prince Abdullah has laid down the corner stone for this project. The tower is composed of 27 floors; each of them includes 40 housing units, with total number of 1028 units. These units will feature suites, apartments and studios with one, two or three bedrooms. The tower's total area is 62,100 square meters, and it boasts 26 modern elevators in it.
