HSBC has appointed Rafi Ahmed as Director of Capital Markets. Ahmed joins HSBC's Debt Capital Markets Middle East team, headed by David Moleshead, at HSBC Financial Services based in Dubai. He has assumed responsibility for risk management advice and structured products for HSBC's regional corporate and institutional client base.
