Al-Kharasana al-Khaliyawiya (Cellular Concrete) offers new housing units, villas and apartments, in al-Jaberiya and al-Mahboula areas through an exhibition it holds in al-Nakhil Hotel and Resort, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Rai al-Aam on September 14, 2005.
Al-Jaberiya towers are marketed under the title "The Housing Towers". The towers are almost complete and they include apartments in various sizes beginning from two or three rooms and to duplex apartments.
The second project is called "Al-Waha Housing Project". It is composed of 10 villas and five apartment towers. The two projects include swimming pool, fitness room, underground parking lots and elegant lobbies. The prices are ranged between 84,000 and 94,000 Kuwaiti Dinars ($287,671- $321,917) and the delivery will take place on July 2006. There are also apartments in prices starting from 34,000 Kuwaiti Dinars ($116,438) with a 145 square meters area and apartments sold for 84,000 Kuwaiti Dianrs ($287,671) with a 260 square meters area.
