New Horizons Bahrain, situated in the heart of the Manama area, has announced a 151 percent increase in students, in comparison with the first six months of 2002 and 2003, among which 60 percent are Bahraini, reflecting the success of the Government Bahrainization program to help increase the number of Bahraini's in the workforce.

“With our ever changing society, we are promoting the use of computers in everyday lives and are very pleased that the public realizes the potential of New Horizons as a training facility, and that this is reflected in the enrolment list of our courses,” said General Manager of New Horizons, Abdulrahman Awadhi.

New Horizons, established in Bahrain in 1997, is a subsidiary of New Horizons Worldwide, and it is the world's largest network of Microsoft Certified Technical Education Centers (CTECs) and Novell Authorized Education Centers (NAECs). It is listed in Fortune Magazine's 100 fast growing companies and named on Forbes' List of 200 best companies under $500 million. — (menareport.com)
