Emirati property developer Nakheel has reported an "incredible response" to Jumeirah Lake Towers located just off Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. Some 70 percent of the 69 plots have been sold and Nakheel is in negotiations to complete transactions on the remaining plots, reported a press release.
Encompassing residential, office and retail outlets, the Jumeirah towers will be set in 23 clusters and placed together in groups of three. A 55-storey tower will form the centre piece of the community and house further offices, a hotel and a gold and diamond center. Additionally, there will be retail and restaurant outlets and extensively manicured gardens.
Investors can choose to design their own tower or select from a range of designs proposed by Nakheel. The towers can be utilized solely for residential or commercial use or if the investor prefers a mix of residential and commercial. — (menareport.com)
