Some Dh139.25 million worth of land transactions were executed on Sunday, according to the Dubai Land Department.
Sales accounted for more than Dh88 million of the deals, reported Gulf News.
Of the major transactions, a plot in Port Saeed was sold for Dh42 million, while a Dh18.75 million was acquired in Al Nahda-2 acquired and another in Al Nahda-2 for Dh17.5 million.
