The three-day Cityscape Dubai 2006 expo is expected to bring in some Dhs1.5 billion ($400 million) in plot sales for real estate development company Mizin, a member of Tatweer and, in turn, a member of Dubai Holding.
Cityscape is the largest B2B real estate platform in the world with representation from 85 countries according to Khaleej Times. Both residential and commercial projects will be showcased from all the top property developers in the region.
"Mizin's participation in Cityscape will showcase the rapid results that the company has delivered within a short period," said Sami Al Hashmi, CEO of Mizin.
"We will also validate the high demand and positive reaction from the market, one of the reasons that Mizin has brought forward its plans to launch its next series of projects," he added.
"We are delighted to be participating in Cityscape 2006 as it gives us the opportunity to leverage our brand and sustain our identity. Cityscape gives visitors and potential investors the opportunity to see the role of Mizin and Tatweer in the diversification of Dubai's economy and development of new industries," Hashimi went on to point out.
