More than 600-million-Singapore-dollars (382-million-US-dollars) worth of deals expected to be signed at a major conference and exhibition focusing on business opportunities in the Middle East.
The four-day Global Entrepolis will include delegates from the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Saudi Arabia in addition to countries including Japan, Vietnam and the Ukraine, said the organizing Singapore Business Federation (SBF), according to Khaleej Times.
The conference is expected to strengthen ties between Asia and the Middle East. Up to six real estate projects are expected to be presented, including a 150-million-Singapore-dollar (95-million-US-dollar) office building in Dubai called the Singapore Tower.
This week’s conferences and exhibitions provide ‘a platform for everybody in Asia to come,’ said chief executive officer of Dubai Consultancy, Walid Hareb Al Falahy.
