The company announced previously that the platform will support new languages such as Arabic, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Thai. The new assistant will feature new options and capabilities in interacting with users from different cultures and languages.

Meta AI features

Notably, Meta AI was launched last year, offering a variety of services and features, including information retrieval, image and text creation and editing, interaction with posts and comments across all Meta platforms like Facebook and Instagram, and messaging through WhatsApp and Messenger.

Last September, Meta developed the smart assistant using LLaMa 3.2 AI models to offer major improvements in voice understanding and interaction capabilities, similar to Google's Gemini Live and ChatGPT's.
