The city of Casablanca (Casablanca Technopark) will host during June 15 and 16 its fourth edition of 'Med-IT 2005' conference. Med-IT is a unique annual event which takes place each year in several countries, including Algeria (April), Tunisia (September) and in Senegal (envisaged in December 2005) and Morocco, since June 2002. Its aim is to encourage and support Mediterranean co-operation in IT issues such as network infrastructure and telecom, computer security, E-learning, CRM & Calls Centers, E-commerce and E-Government.

The event, which is organized in partnership with Casablanca Technopark, will include an IT exhibition, conferences and business meetings.

EMarrakech reports that the event is held under the aegis of Rachid Talbi Alami, Delegated Minister of the Prime Minister, responsible for General and Economic affairs, and supported by a number of trade associations such as APEBI, AUSIM, CFCIM, AGEF and CGEM.
