Mashreqbank and Golden Class, a premium travel service at Abu Dhabi International Airport, recently announced a strategic tie up, which will make travel quicker and more comfortable for the bank’s GLOBAL Current Account members.
Golden Class is a special personal meet and assist service whereby departing and arriving passengers are personally taken through a mere 3 minute check in, including immigration formalities, through dedicated check in counters. These passengers also get preferential rates for a VIP lounge with complimentary refreshments, a business centre with internet access and a health club. GLOBAL customers will receive this service to make their journeys easier and more enjoyable.
The announcement was made recently at a function by Mr. Mohamed Mounib, Managing Director of Abu Dhabi Duty Free & In-flight Catering, and Humayun Rashid, Head of Banking Business, Mashreqbank.
"Abu Dhabi airport has always been committed to making air travel a pleasant and comfortable experience. This latest agreement with Mashreqbank is another step in the right direction," said Mounib.
Speaking on behalf of Mashreqbank, Humayun Rashid expressed his appreciation to the authorities at Abu Dhabi Airport for their efforts in providing better service to air travellers. "We at Mashreqbank constantly strive to deliver better value to our customers. Our latest partnership with the Abu Dhabi Airport for the Golden Class service is just another example of the importance both organisations place on customer satisfaction and value addition."
Mashreqbank GLOBAL account holders can avail the Golden Class service at the airport, including 'Meet and Assist' services on both arrival and departure. In addition, they can take advantage of special rates for limousine transfers, fresh flower bouquets and the issuance of International Drivers Licences.
