An impressive package of real estate investment opportunities was recently unveiled by the Chairman of Umm Al Quwain Lands and Property Department, Shaikh Marwan Bin Rashid Al Mualla.
The package includes the Umm Al Quwain Marina valued at Dh12 billion, Madinat Al Salaam, worth the Dh30 billion, the Dh250-million Modern Emirates Industry and Khor Al Baidaa's beach, according to <i>WAM</i>.
