The total value of land transactions in Dubai on Sunday peaked at Dh438.29 million, of which sales exceeded Dh178 million. The total value of mortgages was Dhs260.35 million, according to the Land Department.
A total of 14 sale transactions were registered with the Department on Sunday, the most valuable of which was a plot in Marsa Dubai that was sold for Dh 73 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Barsha First acquired for the sum of Dh 69.57624 million and another in Al Khawaneej Second for Dh 12.979344 million.
